Modern buildings with contemporary architecture, located within a gated residential complex with controlled access.

The complex will consist of three separate buildings with landscaped green areas between them.

 All buildings will feature elegant and luxurious common areas with elevators. The windows will be made of high-quality five-chamber PVC frames and double glazing with low-emission glass.

 The clear ceiling height of the apartments after flooring will be 2.7 m. All apartments will be equipped with electrical panels, switches and sockets, impulse water meters with remote reading, floor drains, and metal entrance doors.

 The buildings will be fitted with a state-of-the-art IP video access control system with batteries that allow up to 24 hours of operation in the event of a power outage. The irrigation system for the common areas will also be fully automated with its own weather station for climate monitoring.

 Each building will have nine floors and will include 2 commercial units, 70 one-bedroom, 73 two-bedroom, and 16 multi-room apartments. Parking is provided through an underground garage with 105 spaces and an above-ground parking area with 69 spaces, ensuring one designated parking spot per apartment.

 The Aria 2 project is being developed by “Discont 29” Ltd., an external investor and construction company.

“Atlantis Sunrise” Ltd. is a co-owner of the land plot, having granted the building rights to “Discount 29” Ltd. under a contractual agreement (superficies).

The complex has been designed in the distinctive style and quality standards of the Atlantis Bulgaria Holding brand, as part of the new Horizont district in Burgas.
