We are introducing Atlantis Aria 2.

The complex will consist of three independent buildings with common garden spaces between them.

The buildings will have 9 floors, and they will house 2 commercial objects, 70 apartments with one-bedroom, 73 apartments with two-bedroom and 16 three-bedroom apartments. Parking has been decided with an underground parking lot with a capacity for 105 cars and an above-ground parking lot for 69 cars, and each apartment will have a specific parking space.

Apartments with courtyards will be located on the ground floor.

All buildings will have modern and luxury style common areas and an elevator. The joinery will be of high-quality 5-chamber PVC and double glazing with low-emission glasses.

The clear height of the apartments after the screed will be 2.7 m. All apartments will be equipped with electrical panels, switches and sockets, water meters with remote reading, siphons and metal entrance doors.

The buildings will be equipped with the latest generation IP video access control system with batteries allowing the system to operate for up to 24 hours after a power outage. The irrigation system of the common green areas will also be IP automated, latest generation having its own meteorological station for monitoring the weather.
