A residential complex with a unique concept will be built in Burgas

"Euphoria" is the newest residential complex of a closed type, the construction of which is planned to start in the spring of 2023 and end in October 2026. It will be built in the new district of Burgas - Izgrev. The complex will have a total of 292 apartments – one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments. The smallest will have an area of 72 square meters, and the largest will reach 269 square meters.

The construction of a total of six 9-story buildings is planned, the concept of which will be based on high windows and maximum glazing. An approach in the construction of the facade, which aims to avoid the traditional dense building and to create conditions for space and connection with nature - the sky, the sun, green areas and gardens in its common open areas.

In terms of the design, the project predicts the use of pastel earth tones, textures and materials - a symbol of coziness, harmony and tranquility. At the same time, the newly built complex will be distinguished by its strategic location. A few minutes' walk from the residences are locations of chain stores such as Kaufland, Lidl and Metro. Mall Plaza Burgas, bus stops, medical centers are also nearby.

The complex will be distinguished by high quality construction, will have controlled access, parking spaces and spacious green areas, reaching up to 5200 sq. m. Additional amenities include an outdoor gym, a children's playground, multiple recreation areas with benches and boardgame tables, and an outdoor yoga area.

Fully sustained in the spirit of environmental sustainability, charging stations for electric cars and bike racks will be built in the complex. A 50 m deep drilling system will be built to maintain the landscaping. The irrigation system of the landscaped common areas will be automated. The buildings will be equipped with an infiltration system to collect and use rainwater.
